18 High End Luxury Apartments
This challenging whilst prestigious design and build project located to the north side of Hyde Park, between Lancaster Gate and Bayswater. It was previously occupied by the Hempel Hotel and in 2014 became a Bouygues UK development of 18 High End luxury apartments. The existing hotel was demolished by removing the internal walls to allow for apartment division and to enable construction of the residential complex. The building has still retained the front façade and partially retained the rear façade.
